A lot of these you can find second-hand but with the current climate, I thought it may be good for you to have links to the items as new.

• Changing Table - you can attach this to IKEA Malm Drawers for storage and a functional area

• Raspberry Leaf Tea 50 bags or 20 bags - 2 cups daily in the third trimester as recommended by RCM

• Clary Sage Oil (only for use after 37 weeks) - lots of anecdotal evidence but limited research based evidence. Here’s a study showing the increase of oxytocin in saliva with the use of clary sage.

• TENS machine - to help muscles relax in labour

• One handed Water Bottle with in-built straw
